How to register complaints about UCO courses and programs




We hope your educational experience at UCO is wonderful! If problems do arise, this information will help you register and resolve your complaints.

  • If you are experiencing a problem with online courses, programs or services, contact the eLearning office. You can reach us via e-mail at elearning@uco.edu, at (405) 974-2420, or toll free at (855) 414-3539 .

  • For issues with enrollment, advisement, registration or financial aid, contact Enrollment Management here: http://www.uco.edu/em/registrar .

  • If you are experiencing a problem with another student, consult the Student Code of Conduct. And if necessary, contact the Office of Student Conduct: http://www.uco.edu/student-affairs/conduct .

  • If you are experiencing a problem with a professor, consult the Student Code of Conduct, section IV E, subsection 1, “Alleged Violation of Professional Ethics.”

  • You can also file a complaint with the Oklahoma State Regents for Higher Education. Contact the General Counsel office for additional information on how to register a complaint http://www.okhighered.org/state-system/staff-directory.shtml .

  • UCO is accredited by the Higher Learning Commission of the Northern Central Association of Colleges and Schools. Documents reflecting UCO’s accreditation can be found here .

  • If you are a student located outside of Oklahoma, you may also be able to file a complaint with your own state’s accrediting institution.
